Quick rant

If you would like to waste your money on something that stitches together bad quality photos and calls it film then buy THIS THING. Remember to shove friends and familys’ faces into the lens when shooting, then shoot into the sun, the way it’s been marketed tells me these things are crucial to having a good experience with the Lomokino (UGH).

Yeah!!!

Yeah …

P.S. I think we owe an Edinburgh post.

I don’t approve of Chris Brown but

this has to be my favourite cover of all time. The original song was used by my dance teacher to inspire us to do hardcore sit ups, and then it got stuck in my head.

30 Day Photo/ Media Challenge

I’ve seen a lot of 30 day photo challenges on Tumblr so I thought we could try one but with a twist. Our 30 day challenge is composed of novels, short stories and poems, chosen to interpret in any way you’d like. You can choose to just read the title or read the entire book (or maybe you already have!), either way, the point is to attempt to show how you interpret this piece of literature visually. I’ve popped media in there because sometimes a short clip or collage does a better job than a photo.

F-YEAH, BURRITOS!

On Sunday I went on a trip to tuen mun to have dinner with Charles, my sensai of feel-bad food. Last time we made burgers with patties fried with bacon and cheese, this time we 1-upped ourselves with burritos.

Here’s a photo of me hugging it out with Milo, Charles’ dog. Milo looks kind of bored, probably because I was rubbing his face around prior to the hug as a sign of compassion. Close up and personal with extreme tastiness. A mcflurry has never looked so pretty!

In other news, I had my first hip hop [...]

Belated Tokyo Video

Heres the video that I made of the trip. Sadly at the time I didn’t have a high speed HD card so my camera would lag out on me when the videos went over 9 seconds. So I didn’t take as many videos as I would have liked, and at the end of the day there weren’t that many usable ones.

Song used is “Three Boys” by the Knife.
